At Luxure Street, we deliver your premium ladies bags and fashion products with care and reliability. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days (major cities).

  • Remote/other areas: 5–7 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery on all orders nationwide.

  • No hidden charges at checkout.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require verification via call/WhatsApp before dispatch.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

You can track your parcel directly on the courier partner’s website.

6. Packaging & Safety

All orders are packed securely in premium packaging to ensure safe delivery.

If you receive a damaged or tampered parcel, please:

  • Add remarks on the delivery sheet at the time of receiving.

  • Immediately share photos/videos with our support team at contact@luxurestreet.com.

7. Non-Service Areas (NSA)

Some locations may fall under Non-Service Areas, which cannot be identified before dispatch.

If your delivery address is classified as NSA after arrival at destination, you will receive a self-collection call from the courier.

The courier will guide you with the hub address and timings for parcel collection.

8. Failed Deliveries

In case of 3 failed delivery attempts, the order will be marked as canceled.

Re-delivery may require a new shipping fee (if applicable).
